Excellent breakfast buffet available every morning.
We faced numerous issues during our stay. First, there was no hot water for almost two days, which made for an uncomfortable experience. The promised adjacent rooms were actually quite far apart, making it difficult to manage with our toddlers. Also, the mini fridge in the room did not work initially, and it took repeated requests to have it replaced.

Nice decor in the rooms with a good modern bathroom featuring a bath. Kettle and tea in the room. A minibar for quick refreshment options.
Rooms are quite small, with some facing neighboring offices too closely. Lift is cramped, especially for families with luggage, and there were issues with door locks and a leaking bath plug that took time to resolve. Toiletries lacked certain essentials, and information around minibar charges was murky at best.

absolutely horrid experience. my room was tiny and less than welcoming, wih no courtesy A/C during hot nights. when I sought a room upgrade for my inconvenience, they actually had the nerve to say no! such rudeness! only thing impressive was the check-out annoyance about payments. such a delightful stay, not really.

The stay was enjoyable, especially the hotel's proximity to landmarks like the Eiffel Tower and Tuileries Garden, which made sightseeing a breeze. The room I had was quite spacious and immaculate, providing a great resting spot after a day of exploring. The staff was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to assist with requests like printing boarding passes and helping with transport plans. The coffee machine in the room was a delightful touch, ensuring I started my mornings off right! There were a few hiccups with the cleanliness and noise levels, but the overall experience was positive and memorable.

perfect spot for iconic sightseeing and relaxation
The hotel's proximity to the Eiffel Tower, just under 3 km away, made it super convenient for evening stargazing, and I found myself wandering through the beautiful Tuileries Garden, only a short 1.5 km stroll from my room, which was a refreshing break from city exploration. I loved being able to walk to charming cafes and nibble on pastries within just a few steps.
